SEO.com vs. ProduceResults.com: The Greatest Web Design Company for Small Biz in

I own a small business in the Dallas area (Denton, TX) and I am interested in your opinions on who is a better Dallas web design company?

I don’t have unlimited funds so prices are a factor and I’ve already contacted both companies to get some basic pricing.  Produceresults.net is far less expensive but they don’t rank nationally like SEO.com does.  They’re also local and I think provide better designs (creative side).  My website requires a touch of creativity because of the nature of my work (Specialty Faux Painting and Murals).  

Let me know what you think about:
Who offers the best web designs?
Who is a better web design company for a Dallas business (Creative and SEO)?
What are your opinions?

Keep in mind that Produceresults.net does not charge a big upfront fee and is about 15% of the cost.  They say they cost less because they specialize web design for Dallas small businesses.

Gulf Coast Western Region Scams & Complaints related to Dept of Education

The response level to national disaster is awesome but it's a real shame that so many people take advantage of the sad situations.

I mean everytime there is an earthquake, a flood, an oil spill - there's always a group of heartless people who rip off tax payers.

This is in response to reading that 4 of Oprah Winfreys "angels" got busted ripping off the system.  Shame on them!
